We use Australia Post for all deliveries. Our shipping charges range between $2.00 to $6.95 depending on the type of products that you order.

Within an order, postage cost is charged only on the item with the highest postage. Postage cost for the other items within the order is free.

When confirming your order, please ensure that the postal address on your order is accurate.

Upon receipt of payment, your orders will be posted within the next 2 business day. Please allow 3-10 working days, depending on destination, for your parcel to arrive. International postage may be longer than 10 days depending on destinations.

Additional cost is applicable for all international postage (outside Australia). Please email us at ashley@gorgeousbabywear.com.au if you would like to find out the extra postage before you place order. If you have placed an order without contacting us, we will inform you of the extra postage cost that you will need to pay via your email.

All prices shown on our website http://www.gorgeousbabywear.com.au are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, once you have placed the order, your purchased price will be honoured.

You may choose this option at checkout and we will provide you with our bank account details. To ensure a speedy delivery of your parcel, please kindly arrange for prompt payment into our account after placing your order. Please quote your Order Number as the reference for your Direct Debit payment to us.

Goods will be dispatched when payment has been cleared into our bank account. We will then email you the details of your order and receipt of approved payment.

Upon checkout, you will be directed to Paypal secure payment host to finalise your payment and shipping address. Paypal accepts payment by Visa and Mastercard. You do not need to have an existing Paypal account in order to make a payment there.

Paypal is a Secure, Accurate and Reliable Third Party internet payment service provider. All transactions with Paypal are conducted in 'Secure Sessions' using the financial industry's Secure Socket Layer (SSL). All financial details you provide, such as credit card information, are not disclosed to Gorgeous Baby Wear. All information is protected under Paypal's Security and Privacy policies. Upon receipt of payment, your orders will be posted within the next 2 business day. Please allow 3-7 working days for your parcel to arrive.

At Gorgeous Baby Wear, we want you to enjoy shopping and feel completely satisfied when ordering with us. Please email us at ashley@gorgeousbabywear.com.au within 5 working days and we will gladly exchange an item for you if it is the wrong size or not what you expected, provided all the tags are still attached and the item is unworn/unused. All return or exchange should be requested over email and once both parties have agreed, then the return or exchange will be carried out.

We are able to exchange goods but do not refund for incorrect choice of items. If you are not able to find a replacement, we can issue you with a credit note. Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage charges of the return or exchange.
